## Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our Automation & Digitalization division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for industrial facilities.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead control systems projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
* Design and develop control systems, including hardware and software components, to meet the specific requirements of a project.
* Develop and implement control algorithms and logic.
* Integrate control systems with existing or new equipment, machinery, or processes.
* Test and debug control systems to ensure proper functionality and adherence to specifications.
* Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
* Prepare technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, user manuals, and maintenance procedures.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing, including managing the procurement of necessary equipment and materials.

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering with a focus on automation and electrification technologies.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering; Consulting engineering experience an asset.
* Strong understanding of automation and electrification technologies, including knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Project management experience an asset.
* Ability and willingness to travel to domestic and international sites.
