About the Position:

The Construction Project Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing daily coordination services based on design documents to deliver construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

As a Construction Project Specialist, you will review program and design requirements to ensure that they align with the project objectives. You will also develop 3D views and illustrations as requested by Fitzrovia, Project Management or Site Team.

You will create and maintain sequencing drawings for coordination of critical areas and site logistics to be reviewed by Manager/Director, Digital Construction, and the Construction team. Additionally, you will follow and enforce standards established in the BIM Execution Plan (BxP).

Responsibilities:
