Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of IT systems and processes to support business objectives.
  • Oversee all technology operations and functions, evaluating them according to established goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
  • Establish efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee the security strategy and implementation of our systems to ensure they are protected and compliant.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
  • Analyze business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a highly qualified IT department staff.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in the IT field.
  • In-depth knowledge of analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
  • Time management and budget control.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MSc/MA in computer science, engineering, or a similar relevant field.
