Job Title: Speech Pathologist, Community

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Symbiosis Pediatric Therapy Inc. as a Community Clinician.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC. The ideal candidate will have related clinical experience and leadership skills, with a strong ability to work with clients and their families to set Speech-Language goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients and their families to set Speech-Language goals with targeted and measurable outcomes
  • Provide indirect service as supervision to other SLP team members, coordinating with families and liaising with community providers
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure, and demonstrate excellent management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize research to establish and support evidence-based practice
  • Provision of school consultations to teachers as needed
