About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Rogers Communications. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and support to our customers
  • Promote Rogers and Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engage and grow your customer base through personalized communication and outreach
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
