Job Summary

Basted Baker seeks a seasoned Culinary Specialist to lead our kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality food products are delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer demands.
  2. Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
  3. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely ordering of supplies and equipment.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food products meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or café environment.
