We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Jaguar Freight Inc. as a Shipper-Receiver. This role involves coordinating the movement of goods, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring the efficient receipt and storage of incoming shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately complete bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Check shipments against invoices and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping System: Accurately record and track shipments, including any discrepancies or issues.
  • Supervise Material Handlers and Helpers: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, as well as the supervision of material handlers and helpers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks. Must be able to bend, crouch, and kneel.
