We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at the Regent Hotel. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
