Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Eaton Place Medical Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed, and provide patients with clear instructions and guidance.
- Advise patients on healthy lifestyle choices and provide education on disease prevention and management.
- Coordinate and manage primary patient care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services.
- Provide acute care management and emergency response services as needed.
- Offer counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in family medicine
- Permanent full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
