Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team at Manntel Automotive Plaza. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Plan and execute repair work, including cleaning and maintaining the workspace
  • Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
  • Repair or replace interior components
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
