- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check and driving record check.
- Transportation and Travel: Willing to travel and have a valid driver's license.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and handling heavy loads.
