Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cheese Maker to join our team at Fromages la Chaudière Inc. As a Cheese Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cheese products while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record production information and monitor processing conditions to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inform supervisors of any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
  • Make adjustments to process variables as needed to achieve optimal cheese production.
  • Maintain shift logs and record production data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical demands: Handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
  • Work conditions: Physically demanding, fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety.
