Hospitality Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Mixologist to join our team at B.C. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting memorable experiences for our guests.

• Bar Operations: Organize and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
• Cocktail Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to meet the demands of our guests.
• Sales and Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections, take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, and maintain a high level of sales and service standards.
• Inventories and Stock Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: Bartender certification is required.
