We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Shop Foreman to join our team at Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Lloydminster, Peterbilt location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the work of service leadhands, service technicians, and service writers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Responsible for the organization and quality control of work performed in the service department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coach, advise, and mentor technicians and service writers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Ensure technician efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and other branch personnel to provide excellent customer service.
  • Establish and maintain an on-call field schedule to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage costs and ensure profitability of the service department.
  • Prepare and manage work orders, including warranty and repair work.
Requirements:
  • Previous mechanical experience in a transportation environment is an asset.
  • Certified Journeyman in the truck and transport trade or equivalent designated trade is an asset.
  • Experience in a service department setting is required.
  • Familiarity with Peterbilt and competitive products is preferred.
  • Forklift license is preferred.
