About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team at DMY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
  • Bookkeeping and Record Keeping: Manage accounts receivable and payable, reconcile bank statements, and maintain inventory records.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general office duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems, and providing administrative support to the accounting team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Language: English
