As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of complex equipment used in various industries. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our rental operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs on diverse mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems found in rental and customer equipment.
  • Travel to customer job sites as needed to provide on-site repair and maintenance services.
  • Share your expertise by assisting in the training of less experienced technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, ensuring clear documentation for future reference.
  • Contribute to efficient operations by assisting with equipment and parts delivery.
  • Embrace a collaborative approach by supporting other team members and contributing to a positive work environment.

What We Look For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating your commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance, showcasing your technical proficiency.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and comprehensive knowledge of tools and equipment used in the field.
  • In-depth understanding of construction equipment schematics and operational principles.
  • Possession of necessary tools for performing your duties effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with clients.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, demonstrating your physical capability to handle equipment and materials.
