Job Description

This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment, with the possibility of extension(s). WA Country Health Service is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services and is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in the Kimberley region.

The successful candidate will provide effective and efficient delivery of HR Services, working closely with the Manager Human Resources to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultancy and advisory services to management and staff on all aspects of Human Resources Management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR services.
