About the Role

We are looking for a mid-to-senior-level developer (5+ years of experience) who thrives in fast-paced environments and can take on complex problem-solving situations. As a member of our Technology Team, you will be integral to the continued growth and enhancement of our software platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and convert user requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Resolve high-priority software issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Code Development and Testing: Write, update, implement, and test software code.
  • Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks based on case levels set by support and management teams.
  • Effective Communication: Provide timely updates on case statuses and resolution recommendations.
  • Technical Guidance: Ensure deliverables align with business and end-user needs during development.
  • Client Support: Act as a technical resource for clients, troubleshooting system issues, and meeting requirements.
  • Infrastructure Development: Work on long-term projects in AWS and Azure environments.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to testing and ensure software reliability.
  • Code Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of code updates.
  • UI Enhancements: Update interfaces to improve customer experience.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a software developer with strong coding skills in React.js and backend technologies like ColdFusion, PHP, .NET, or Java.
  • Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
  • Knowledge of MySQL Database
  • Responsive design experience
  • Possess strong English written and oral communication skills
  • Bonus points if you have: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with both front-end and back-end development, allowing you to contribute across the full stack.
