Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at dentalcorp Health Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, ensuring a positive experience in our dental clinics.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and processing patient information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Process payments, handle billing, and manage cash handling duties.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless communication and efficient clinic operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical records.
