Job Description for Barber at Max Barber

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Max Barber. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality hair cutting and grooming services to clients, including cutting, trimming, and styling hair.
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches to meet client specifications.
  • Offer additional hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting, as well as scalp conditioning massages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP education in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
Work Environment:
