Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of health and hygiene care services to residents while respecting their integrity and dignity. This includes assisting with daily living activities, contributing to the adjustment of resident action plans, and responding to emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide health and hygiene care services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Contribute to the adjustment of resident action plans based on observations and collaboration with the care team
  • Respond to all emergency situations and report any noticeable changes in resident mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A vocational diploma (DVS) in beneficiary attendance or a RAC certificate
  • 5,000 hours accumulated over the last 5 years as a PAB (Personal Assistance Program)
  • 16-hour up-to-date CPR certification
  • Completed PDSP (Personal Assistance Program)

Working Conditions
