Residential Director

At Youth in Transition, we are seeking an experienced Residential Director to lead our team in providing comprehensive support services to at-risk youth.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader to oversee the daily operations of our residential program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, developing programs, and ensuring the well-being of residents.

• Program Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement program objectives, tactics, and policies that promote the growth and development of residents.
• Staff Management: Supervise and mentor a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality support services to residents.
• Community Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and partners to enhance the services offered by Youth in Transition.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A university degree in a human service field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in program development, staff management, and community engagement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
