Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team at Galaxy Storage. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain sales records, including inventory control and customer information.
- Assist in displaying merchandise and promoting products and services.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a rural area or remote location.
- Physical demands include handling heavy loads, standing for long periods, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Personal suitability includes adaptability, quick learner, dependability, flexibility, organized, and ability to multitask.
Our retail environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will work in a rural area or remote location, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
