About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Automotive Technician to join our team at Kean Auto Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including drivability and electrical diagnostics, timing belt replacements, water pump repairs, engine overhauls, and suspension and brake work.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with six bays, five hoists, and cutting-edge tools, ensuring you have everything you need to excel in your role. With the support of two skilled service advisors and a dedicated shop foreman, you will be able to work efficiently and effectively, delivering exceptional results to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform drivability and electrical diagnostics, timing belt replacements, water pump repairs, engine overhauls, and suspension and brake work on a variety of vehicles
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Collaborate with service advisors and shop foreman to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques through ongoing training and professional development
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in drivability and electrical diagnostics, preferably in an independent or dealership setting
  • Strong computer diagnostic skills and ability to read wiring diagrams
  • Experience with timing belts, water pumps, engine repairs, suspension, and brakes
  • Professional set of tools and ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
  • Valid B.C. driver's license and good computer skills
  • Red Seal certification or on target to become Red Seal certified
