About the Role:
We are currently recruiting Paid-On-Call Firefighters at various departments within the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary. As a Paid-On-Call Firefighter, you will be an integral part of our emergency response team, providing critical services to our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls and provide firefighting services
- Participate in regular training and drills to maintain skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other emergency responders to ensure effective response and recovery
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Physical fitness and ability to wear protective gear
