About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and passionate individual to work with us in the Groupe Conseil Gagnon. As a Senior Wealth Management Analyst, you will:

  • Assess and identify clients' financial planning needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Write all types of financial plans (partial and complete) and retirement projections
  • Make personalized follow-ups with clients and work with them to develop an action plan tailored to their situation
  • Establish a relationship of trust with customers to ensure their loyalty and generate the entry of new assets
  • Identify and raise business opportunities, particularly in terms of financial security
  • Actively participate in activities related to the business development of Wealth Management Advisors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience or Master's degree and one year of relevant experience
  • Holding the IQPF Financial Planning Title/Accreditation
  • Good knowledge of the investment and wealth management industry
  • Knowledge of the field of wealth management
  • Experience in customer service/advice
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
