Salary: CAD $67.08 per hour (negotiable based on experience).

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical education department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs that promote best practices and improve patient outcomes. Your expertise will help shape the future of nursing practice within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver evidence-based educational programs for staff and patients/families
- Collaborate with clinical teams to identify learning needs and develop targeted training initiatives
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs
- Provide coaching and mentorship to new staff members
- Participate in quality improvement and research activities to inform best practices in nursing care

Requirements:
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Three (3) years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one (1) year of education and/or leadership experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Completion of post-graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area
