We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor for our Toronto location. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of inspection projects, manage field personnel, and ensure safe and successful project completion.

Job Description

As an Industrial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing resources (people and equipment) to achieve optimal workload balancing.
  • Reviewing expenses and timesheets of operators, as well as operational costs of projects.
  • Serving as liaison between project managers and field team, overseeing issues from initiation to resolution.
  • Attending project meetings, reviewing project plans to minimize risk and maximize first run success rate.
  • Leading support on operational inquiries from internal departments and external customers.
  • Traveling to client sites to assist with project preparation and execution.
  • Conducting site visits and audits to ensure company standards are being met.
  • Additional duties based on business needs.
  • On-call availability for support.

  • An ability to read pipeline maps and feature lists.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with people and asset/equipment management.
  • Adaptability to changes in scope as needed.
  • An ability to travel for work and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
