Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving and shipping inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of inventory movements.
  • Implement and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows skills.
  • Experience with inventory management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
