Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rivergrove Convenience.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and lead a team of sales associates.
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing store inventory, implementing visual merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store inventory, including ordering supplies and products as needed;
- Implement visual merchandising displays to create an engaging shopping experience;
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards;
- Supervise sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service;
- Monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve sales strategies;
- Analyze sales data to inform future business decisions;
- Develop and implement effective employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role;
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions;
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year;

- Permanent full-time position, 30-35 hours per week;
