We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Rosewood Medical Clinic.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting consultations, and prescribing treatments as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
- Perform inoculations and vaccinations to prevent and treat diseases
- Participate in healthcare policy and planning
- Advise patients on healthcare and wellness
- Report births, deaths, and contagious diseases to government authorities
- Act as a patient advocate and coordinate primary patient care
- Provide acute care management and counseling
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
