**Job Title:** Site Technician Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Technician Specialist to join our team at ESS Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our site process equipment, including utilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on site process equipment, including utilities, to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Conduct scheduled calibrations on process and utilities instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Carry out Preventative Maintenance (PM's) on process and utilities equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Liaise with other departments, including Manufacturing and Quality, to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Provide feedback on equipment and spares issues, and complete all required paperwork, including PM documentation and Lockout Tagout log books.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Minimize downtime and maximize efficiency of site process equipment.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Provide high-quality feedback and support to colleagues and contractors.
Requirements:
- A Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation trade qualification, with previous experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge within a GMP environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and contractors.
