Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at JnB Homecare Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential and commercial housekeeping services. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Prepare budgets and payrolls
  • Supervise maintenance and repair services
  • Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms
  • Co-ordinate in-house laundry services
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
  • Conduct infection control audit
  • Hire and dismiss staff
Requirements:
  • Certified Hospitality Housekeeping Executive
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
Work Environment:

The Executive Housekeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
