Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Food Service Helper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting our kitchen staff in preparing and serving food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Take customers' orders and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
