As a Shuttle Bus Driver with SIXT Canada, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely transporting guests to and from rental locations. You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, representing the company and embodying our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet guests at the shuttle pick-up location
- Transport guests to their destination safely and efficiently
- Act as an ambassador for SIXT, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assist with planning travel routes and completing necessary paperwork
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues via phone or other devices
- Ensure the technical and optical condition of the vehicle is maintained
- Report any accidents, injuries, or damage to vehicles and related property
- Lift items up to 50 lbs. into the vehicle and unload them
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum Class 4 commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow defined service processes
- Willingness to wear company uniforms
- Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
