About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Manager to join our team at 3DEEZ INC. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our company's website and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to gather and document website requirements, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful design, development, and integration of website-related code.
  • Architecture and Design: Develop and implement website architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Code Development: Write, modify, and test website-related code, as well as software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and lead multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web development, e-commerce, or related field.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
