Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Qualicare Home Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the care team.
  • Assist patients with mobility and transfer, including using wheelchairs and stretchers.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
