Job Title: Automobile Body Repairer Helper

Join our team at Innovative Collision Centre as an Automobile Body Repairer Helper. In this role, you will assist experienced technicians in repairing and maintaining vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing vehicles for repair by cleaning and moving tools and equipment.
  • Help in repairing and maintaining equipment, including hammers, blocks, and sanding machines.
  • Support in applying primers and repainting surfaces.
  • Assist in removing damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolting or welding replacement parts into place.
  • Help in operating soldering equipment or using plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.
  • Support in mixing paint, blending, and matching colors.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and reliability required.
