At Sandmere Construction, we are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be able to work independently to prepare layouts, measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, as well as surveying building locations and levels. Additionally, the Woodworking Specialist will maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings. If you have a college education, 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent experience, and are proficient in English, we encourage you to apply for this permanent position. The work term is 35-40 hours per week.
