Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bathtub Refinisher to join our team. As a Bathtub Refinisher, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, selecting appropriate paint or mix paints, and tending or operating equipment to spray or coat.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes
  • Tend or operate equipment to spray or coat surfaces
  • Perform surface preparation methods, including chemical techniques, etching, and masking
  • Remove old coatings manually
  • Apply catalyzed or polymerized paints using hand-held spray guns
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
  • Meet with clients to discuss project details and expectations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bathtub refinishing or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
