About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our team at JSC Health Care Ltd. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosing and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Therapeutic Diets and Menus: Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Exercise and Activity: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical mobility and overall health.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on personal care and support.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
