About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc (Dai Lam Trading). In this role, you will oversee the sales operations of our retail service establishment and wholesale division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and manage their performance to ensure optimal results.
  • Hire and train staff to meet the needs of our dynamic business environment.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
  • Establish work schedules that meet business objectives and employee needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform strategic decisions.
  • Resolve issues promptly, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other challenges that may arise.
Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent position with 35-40 hours of work per week.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to stand for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.
