Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to relevant departments.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars with precision.
  • Perform a range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
