About the Role

This Senior Business Analyst position resides within the Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group, which empowers customers and colleagues to take on the world by delivering secure and reliable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business needs and communicate them clearly in an easily-consumed format.
  • Deconstruct complex technical solutions and explain them to a non-technical audience in simple terms.
  • Present complex situations/issues to stakeholders using persuasion, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile Delivery Practices, experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, Confluence, and excellent investigative and analytical skills. Additionally, they should be able to translate broad strategic intent into tactical plans and directions.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar position.
  • Solid knowledge of large program delivery roles and activities, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
