At Arc'teryx Limited, we're seeking an experienced Operational Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Operational Solutions department, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's operations, growth, and achievement of business goals.

The Operational Planning Specialist will be responsible for capturing requests from Commercial Leadership and prioritizing retail program development to support delivery to retail teams. By providing operational support in weekly and bi-weekly sync call series, you will create a holistic view of the required programs and support the Operational Solutions Leadership in execution.

  • Create and manage the operational planning tracker and associated project briefs and executive summaries for all retail impacting programming.
  • Intake program enhancement requests from Commercial Leadership through structured processes and meeting participation.
  • Provide operational support for weekly and bi-weekly sync call series with HQ partners.
  • Develop KPIs to track the impact and operational health of all retail programs and workstreams.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager, Retail Calendar to sequence and scope retail programs.
  • SUPPORT COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP IN THE PRIORITIZATION OF RETAIL PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in project management or retail operations, focused on initiative or operations planning, or equivalent role.
  • A deep understanding of retail operations, processes, and challenges impacting global retail employees.
  • Proficiency in customizing and optimizing project management tools, such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc., preferably within a vertical retail environment.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing project plans, managing timelines, and driving internal alignments and decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $94,000 - $129,000 per year, plus a bonus program and benefits package that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
