Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Factory Direct Furniture. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales team members to duties and tasks to ensure efficient sales floor operations
  • Hire, train, and develop sales team members to meet sales goals and objectives
  • Order and manage merchandise inventory to meet customer demand
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or retail management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

As a Sales Supervisor at Factory Direct Furniture, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic and supportive team. You will be required to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
