About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Quality Manager to join our team at TRIGO Global Quality Solutions. As a Site Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality services and support for all missions assigned to your site(s).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with site personnel to establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure site personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a quality-related position.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
