We are seeking a board-certified cardiologist to join our specialty healthcare team at Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency Centre. Our cardiology department is a growing service that works closely with both the ER and specialty services.

About the Role
  • Valid DVM degree or equivalent, enabling practice in Canada
  • Board-certified (Cardiology) or eligible
  • Experience with varied cases, a cross-section of clients, and all levels of staff
  • Licensed in Alberta or eligible to be licensed
  • Positive and caring leadership qualities, combined with a team player attitude
  • Excellent diagnostic and critical thinking skills
  • Meticulous with medical records
  • Exemplary customer service that builds loyalty and trust with clients and the referring community
  • Strong organizational skills that allow you to stay focused and work under pressure

Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency Centre is a 24-hour emergency and referral specialty hospital operating out of a 26,000 square foot facility in Calgary. We are committed to supporting pet owners and the veterinary community by providing the highest level of emergency and referral care.
