**Job Summary**

Canada Post is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Rural and Suburban Relay Mail Carrier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to various communities in a safe and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and secure manner
  • Operate a vehicle in various weather conditions and road conditions
  • Interact with customers in a positive and courteous manner
  • Sort, collect, and distribute mail and packages in a safe and efficient manner
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of local infrastructure, including roads, customers, and delivery receptacles
  • Treat mail and packages with care to ensure safe delivery

**Requirements**

  • Valid provincial driver's license
  • Safe driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
