Job Title: Wind Turbine Technician

Capstone Infrastructure Corporation is seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing intermediate-level maintenance and installation tasks on wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a safety role model and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Perform intermediate-level wind turbine maintenance and installation tasks, including operation and use of specialized tools and equipment.
  • Diagnose and recommend solutions for routine issues, and seek assistance when encountering issues outside your skill level.
  • Document tasks and enter data into the company maintenance management system.
  • Work independently and follow defined instructions and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals and mentor lower-level technical staff.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate through appropriate channels.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and/or composite skills, or completion of a Wind Technician program with demonstrated field experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate basic industrial safety practices and protocols.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain a Passport.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with employees at all professional levels.
